Leadership Camp: Capacity Building and Coaching for IUP Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro

The International Undergraduate Program (IUP) Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro held a Leadership Camp for IUP FEB Undip students batch 2021.
Leadership Camp is an annual event held by IUP FEB Undip. The participants are students of the 3rd semester IUP FEB Undip program.
“Becoming an excellent and strong student is our hope for students, especially the student IUP program. This is because you have the obligation of International Exposure and inevitably study abroad,” said Deputy Dean for Resources, Dr Warsito Kawedar, SE., MSi., Akt.
Warsito conveyed the message in the opening session of the 2022 Leadership Camp event held in the Main Meeting Room, FEB Undip Tembalang Campus, Semarang, Central Java, Saturday (12/11/2022)
The event started with a Public Speaking session delivered by Mrs Bonita D. Sempurno. The material session was then continued by the Alfalink Team who presented the International Exposure procedure.
“Being a foreign student abroad is not bad, in fact, it is entertaining. I have many friends, amazing experiences, and knowledge. There, I know to be independent, develop new mindsets, and be more open,” said Benz, one of the students, who has done the Double Degree program at Saxion University, Netherlands.
DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT FEB UNDIP JOINS APSMBI CONGRESS IN BANDUNG
The Congress of Indonesian Business and Management Study Program Alliance (APSMBI) was held in Bandung on Tuesday and Wednesday, 27 and 28 October. Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University sent 4 delegates for the event, namely:
- Dr. Harjum Muharam, S.E., M.E. Head of Management Department
- Dr. Mahfudz, S.E., M.T. Head of Management Study Program
- Dr. Ismi Darmastuti, S.E., M.Si. Secretary of Management Studies Program
- Dr. Eisha Lataruva, S.E., M.M. Lecturer
An election of the new APSMBI Committee for the 2022-2024 period was held at this event. In this election, Dr. Harjum Muharram, S.E., M.E. was elected as Secretary of the Supervisory Board of APSMBI, and Dr. Mahfudz, S.E., M.T. elected as Chairman II of the National Board of APSMBI.
THE NEW STUDENT RECEPTION
The New Student Reception Ceremony of Universitas Diponegoro was held offline on August 12, 2022, at the Undip Tembalang Stadium. The event was carried out in 2 stages, the first stage from 09.00 – 11.00 WIB and the second stage from 15.30 – 17.00 WIB. On August 15, 2022, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business welcomed the new student at the faculty reception ceremony, including all new students from the Department of Management. After that, Character Education (PENDIKAR) – ODM at the faculty level was carried out for 1 week from 15 to 19 August 2022.
HR COMPETENCE CERTIFICATION
FEB Undip Management in collaboration with LSP Brilliant and BNSP held:
” HR COMPETENCE CERTIFICATION ”
With the HR Supervisor scheme consisting of 5 competency units, namely:
1. Arranging the Job Description
2. Arranging the HRM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
3. Arranging the Remuneration System
4. Arranging the Learning and Development Needs
5. Making a Work Agreement
Participants are trained directly by HR Practitioners and HR Competency Assessors and are entitled to receive:
1. Training certificate from LDP KPN
2. Certificate of competence from BNSP
